1. Ordering Process
We will provide you with a quote for the product(s) and an estimated delivery time. Once you have confirmed your order, we will issue a proforma.
2. Production Time
The production time for Kabbline is approximately 3-5 weeks. However, the production time can take longer for complex or large-quantity orders. Production starts 24 hours after receipt of payment, and we are unable to modify your order at this stage.
3. Delivery
We offer UK delivery only
4. Payment
Payment in full will be required before we begin manufacturing.
5. Returns and Refunds
Due to the bespoke nature of these products, we do not accept refunds or offer refunds unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival. If your items arrive damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery along with photographic evidence. Kabbline will then investigate and an after-sales representative will be in touch.
If you change your mind about a stock item, a 25% restock fee will be charged.
You will be responsible for any delivery and custom charges which will be incurred.
